Yep, they get £10 million a year to advise businesses on going green and they come up with this nonsense at a time when most business owners are climbing up the wall.
Mary Leonard, a director at Envirowise, described the advice as a “resource saving initiative” for both small and big companies.
I could tell them how to save a straight £10 million very easily 
And they probably do not appreciate how we’re all sick and tired of quangocrats wasting our time and money – and generally p***ing us all off.
