Small Business v Corporation

by Jan on November 4, 2008

One of the biggest problems for small businesss owners  has always been the inability to get the more talented individuals to work for them.

Why? Because the large corporations generally offer better pay, better conditions, training, a wide range of benefits and the chance to move on up the ladder.

But, today, with the national unemployment rate at it’s highest level for many years (and rising), there are a growing number of talented and qualified workers in the job market.

Small businesses that are sure they can retain staff through this tough economic period are now able to pick up new employees who would, in better times, not give them a second glance.
